Too funny...when I saw your post, I thought you had seen my game. I LOVE reframing! So much that as a parenting educator, I created a game called...wait for it...”Reframe It!” To help parents reframe their children’s behavior. Oh, that's so clever, making it an SEL game! I find myself talking about these topics so much these days. My new middle grade novel has to do with social media and harassment and understanding how the information age is impacting young people's development.

I've heard of the "I get to" mindset before and it's one worth remembering, I think. Although sometimes I need the "oh no, if I don't finished by tomorrow I'm doomed" to really motivate me.
