I need to. I have to. I must.
If you’re anything like me, you might feel bogged down by your deadlines at times. When I catch myself saying, “I have to do this,” I try to redirect and reframe that energy, because I love what I do! I GET to do this, instead of, say, cleaning my toilet. Instead of feeling the burden of your to-do list, can you find the opportunity in it? How do you reframe negative thoughts? I’d love to hear your ideas in the comments.
Too funny...when I saw your post, I thought you had seen my game. I LOVE reframing! So much that as a parenting educator, I created a game called...wait for it...”Reframe It!” To help parents reframe their children’s behavior. It also works to help teens reframe their parents’ behavior. If interested, you can find the game at my Teachers Pay Teachers store: https://www.teacherspayteachers.com/Store/Aws-Studios. Thank you for bringing up “reframing.” It’s a great social-emotional/mental health tool.
Reframe is my middle name. It’s all perspective 🙌
